Tim Donlan - Principal

Tim works primarily in the areas of wills and estates, succession planning, family law and personal injury law.
He has previously worked in both private legal practice as well as in “in house” as a solicitor and state manager for a major national trustee company.
He has a particular interest in estate planning and works closely with financial advisers and accountants to achieve desired planning outcomes for his clients and is well regarded within those professions.
He also acts for litigants in disputed estates when such disputes cannot be resolved by negotiated settlement.
Tim also acts in a number of jurisdictions in personal injury matters and has handled smaller claims matters through to catastrophic injury claims.
He has been a member of the Law Society of South Australia since 2003 and also sits on the Law Society Small Practice Committee. He is a member of the Tax Institute of Australia and sits on various other voluntary committees.
Prior to completing his legal qualifications he served as a permanent member of the Royal Australia Airforce. He is married with a young family.

Tyne Beeby - Associate

Tyne Beeby practices in the areas of personal injury law and family law. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia on 10 August 2009.
Tyne previously worked as a clerk with a large South Australian specialist personal injury firm and demonstrates all of the requisite attributes to provide caring and sound advice to clients and the skills and drive to get them the best results.
Chris Zammit - Associate

Chris joined the firm in May of 2011 and will be predominantly practicing in the areas of Wills & Estates, Succession Planning and Family Law.
In December of 2010, as a mature aged student, Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Adelaide University and fulfilled the requirements for the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at The Law Society of South Australia.
On 15 March 2011, Chris was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia.
Chris received strong grades in the areas of Equity, Succession, Contract and Tort Law throughout his legal studies; and was awarded law school prizes for outstanding academic achievement in the area of Equity & Trusts.
As a qualified electrician and former construction worker Chris also has a particular interest in Workplace Relations and Personal Injury Law.
Robyn Haworth - Office Manager

Robyn joined the firm in May 2010 as Office Manager and Legal Secretary. She has extensive experience in managing the financial and administrative areas of the practice. Robyn is also an experienced Legal Secretary and Personal Assistant to the Principal.
Karisa Ravese - Receptionist

Karisa joined the firm in September 2010 as the Receptionist. She has a friendly and welcoming manner and is highly efficient in her administrative position. She gained previous experience in both the Real Estate and Retail industries prior to and whist completing her Year 12 SACE.
